Chronic runny nose, sweaty hands, occasional zits?
Be honest
After 26 years of having these problems, I can tell you without hesitation that I would date a girl that has these problems, even more different problems. I would understand how she would think these problems would keep her single forever, and I would understand her pain, and understand how incredibly happy she would be if I overlooked these problems. I wouldn't pretend they weren't there or pretend they're some kind of round-about blessing, because true love is too important to let superficial "flaws" get in the way of happiness.
